The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim can be completed in a time of 2 hours 16 minutes.
That is, if you speedrun the whole game and know exactly what you’re doing throughout.
With the game’s development close to completion, Bethesda’s Jeff Browne and Sam Bernstein decided to try out the task of speedrunning through next month’s hotly anticipated title.
Browne managed to get through and complete the action-RPG in an impressive time of 2 hours 16 minutes 30 seconds. It wasn’t good enough though, with Bernstein recording a spectacular speedrun time of 2 hours 16 minutes and 10 seconds – 20 seconds faster.
Skyrim launches for PlayStation 3 – as well as Xbox 360 and PC – on November 11.
