Killzone 3 slated for February

A couple of weeks ago I purchased a Samsung 3DTV with anticipation of the 3D movie and gaming boom. One of the titles I closely associated with my excitement for 3D gaming was Killzone 3 and to me, it couldn’t get here fast enough. Today, at PAX ’10, Sony and Guerrilla Games announced the release date for Killzone 3 and therefore, my 3D heaven.

According to the Official PlayStation Blog, Killzone 3 hits retail shelving on February 22nd, 2011. Killzone 3 has been setting the benchmark for graphics in 2011 and took how a myriad of awards at this past E3 in June. PlayStation owners are in for one helluva title come February and I can’t wait to get my hands on this bad boy.

How excited are you guys?

  3. wooooooooh! yeah KZ3 is coming, the best shooter of this generation is on its way. definitely pumped as you can see from my post

  4. Anyone who buys a 3DTV at the price and feature level they have now, they have obviously gone insane. Even Sony themselves said they are working on glasses-free 3DTVs with a better view radius… And I’m sure when they hit (which won’t be more than a year max), they will be ALOT more affordable than the ridiculous $2000+ TVs that are on the market right now. I refuse to pay more for a TV than my used car.

Tbh, when I found out 3D TV’s cost about £2100, I was shocked at how low that was..
I had heard people ramble on about how expensive they where, I was expecting a £5000 price tag..
