Soon you will have a reason to pop Dead Space 2 back into your console. The previously announced single player DLC “Severed” now has a release date and an impressive trailer with it. The release date is set for next Tuesday March 1st for $6.99.

The trailer shows a nice mix of gameplay and cut-scenes with Gabe and Lexine from Dead Space Extraction. They are the ones who you will be playing in the DLC, on the Sprawl, set at the same time Isaac is on his venture.
