In the latest Madden NFL 12 playbook video, project manager Anthony Stevenson and senior designer Josh Looman discuss some of the latest improvements to the Franchise mode. New features include hot & cold streaks, weekly impacts to key players, and completely revamped Draft and off-season.

The last bit with the NFL stars all clipped together seemed a little awkward and poorly edited. I’m still looking forward to the game though, when it ships this August for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.
