We now have a bit more information on the Resident Evil 4 and Resident Evil: Code Veronica remakes which were announced this week.
As announced earlier in the week the HD remakes were titled as the Resident Evil Revival Selection pack in Japan, being released on disk. For North America the games will appear separately on XBLA/PSN for a currently unknown price. It is also unknown if this will be the case in Europe.
What we do know is the games are set to be released in the fall. Something that will make many people happy is the games will have full achievement and trophy support. Also all of the bonus content will be included in RE4 like the Separate Ways story line which was excluded from the original Gamecube game.
It is always possible the plans could change where the disk based games will make its way to North America like it did with Ubisoft’s Splinter Cell and Prince of Persia remakes. For now though just expect the downloadable versions.

Guarantee we never see em in NZ. We still don’t have RE1 on PSN.
