A lot of gamers were excited after watching the initial footage of Mortal Kombat 9 at E3 2010. In fact, you could probably say that the anticipation for this legendary fighting franchise were at an all-time high after so many disappointing iterations. However, after these latest screens have been released, that anticipation may start declining at an alarming rate.
We’re not going to say that these shots are terrible, but there is definitely a lot of work left to be done if the developers want this title to return the franchise to its former glory.

It looks like a PS2 HD game, well maybe its all about gameplay, but anyways i couldnt care less about the MK franchise…
Personally I don’t see what’s wrong with these screenshots. Are they stellar? No, but they’re certainly not bad. I just wish they would show screens of actual fighting instead of the characters standing apart from each other in ridiculous poses. 😛

The game’s release is in 2011 and it’s still 2010 so of course the game still needs some work.

This article just seems like the game is not worth my hard earned cash on the basis on 4 screenies at least that’s how it comes across to me.

This article is a shi..t, How can you say that this is disapointing?. MK9 is gonna be the gratest game of MK… It looks incredible. Go back home and play MK vs DCuniverse man, that really was a disaponting MK game
