SEGA has announced that the PlayStation 3 will exclusively receive two demos for its forthcoming tennis title, Virtua Tennis 4.
The news was unveiled by SEGA on the European PlayStation Blog. The first demo will give players the opportunity to play a minor part of Virtua Tennis 4’s World Tour mode; you’ll be able to try a portion of the first season. In the demo, players can create their own characters and enter several tournaments. If you plan on picking up the full game then SEGA made it clear that the progress you make within the demo’s World Tour mode will be carried on into the actual title. This particular taster of the game is scheduled for a release on the PlayStation Store come April 13th.
The second demo of Virtua Tennis 4, meanwhile, will feature PlayStation Move compatibility as well as 3D support; a date for it, however, has yet to be confirmed.
