Bethesda continues to work with PS3 users in fixing Skyrim issues

The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim has been receiving a lot of backlash from the PS3 community lately.

It seems PlayStation players are experiencing a lot of issues in regards to save files and memory. Bethesda stated on their blog that while latest update seemed to have “fixed the long-term play issues for most PS3 users, we are aware that is not the case for some”.

They currently have been collecting game saves from players to dissect and find a solution to the problems being reported. According to the Bethesda, a lot of the issues seem to be covering a few different fields. Some are from the autosaving feature the game has, and some are from the PS3’s unique “dynamic system memory allocation”.

“We understand how frustrating it can be when your game is having issues, and we thank all of you for your continued feedback and patience. Rest assured we take your gameplay experience seriously and will continue working on this until it’s resolved.”

Nevertheless, they are working hard in fixing to make it right, so there is some assurance. Let’s just hope that some significant updates come soon.
