When Microsoft revealed Kinect for the first time at its Cirque extravaganza prior to E3 2010 fully kicking off, most gamers were intrigued the most with Child of Eden than anything else. After all, it seemed to be the only “core” game on the horizon for the peripheral and definitely had anyone who watched the teaser wanting more.
Today, Ubisoft has finally revealed the release date for the anticipated title via its Facebook page and the date given is the 14th of June. Unfortunately, while a Xbox 360 date is given, the PlayStation 3 release date is nowhere to be seen. Considering the 14th is a Tuesday, it’s safe to assume that the UK release date would follow on the 17th.
Currently it isn’t known whether or not Child of Eden will be compatible with the PlayStation Move peripheral, but we’d imagine that it would only make sense for Ubisoft to include it.
If there are any updates in regards to Child of Eden, we’ll be sure to let you know.
