Despite Shift 2 releasing this past week to great reviews, it was unable to tackle Crysis 2 in the UK as the futuristic shooter continued its software sales dominance by retaining its number one spot on the list. Sadly, Shift 2 wasn’t much competition at all as it entered the bout at #4 — which is quite a ways away from the top. However, the true winner of the UK sales charts this week is without a doubt Electronic Arts.
EA manages to hold four of the top eight spots on the list and does so regularly with successful franchises like FIFA ’11 and Tiger Woods PAGA Tour ’12. Oddly enough, Pokemon White is slowly slipping down the charts while Pokemon Black has disappeared entirely.
