Fans of Square Enix’s Hitman games rejoice: HD assassination will soon be at hand. The collection comes completely kitted out with Hitman Contracts, Hitman 2: Silent Assassin and Hitman Blood Money, allowing you to slay your way through more than 40 missions with the enigmatic Agent 47. While the core gameplay will remain the same, the cut scenes have been completely remastered and our Assassin has never looked so good.  As a long time fan of the series, this is glorious news and the end to long standing rumors.

Hopefully this is stirs up excitement for the series and leads to increased sales for Hitman: Absolution. If  the HD collection and Absolution sell well overall, hopefully we can expect much more from our favorite murderer for hire (suck it Ezio.) The game is slated to hit shelves in North America on January 29, 2013, and will cost $39.99 (giving you quick a bit of bang, ha,  for your buck.)
