Homefront falters as Crysis 2 takes over UK Charts

Homefront arrived on the scene last week and debuted at number one on the UK sales chart. This week, however, the game has failed in defending its territory as Crytek’s Crysis 2 not only took over the number one spot, but was also Electronic Arts largest UK release to date toppling Dragon Age II and Bulletstorm this year.

Furthermore, LEGO Star Wars III: The Clone Wars somehow managed to sneak into the Top 10 as well and debuted at no. 2. This was probably the most surprising addition and change on the chart as I never realized how well this franchise is received each time. Unfortunately for Sony, both LittleBigPlanet 2 and Killzone 3 fell off the charts while Nintendo’s Pokemon Black & White stayed strong.

Check out the full Top 10 below.
