Today, Bethesda has released six new stunning screenshots for its upcoming title, Elder Scrolls V: Skryim. Surprisingly, the new engine behind the game is looking utterly fantastic and there is a major chance I may be eating crow by the time this title drops later this year.

Included in the latest batch of releases is imaging of a spell being cast, beautiful terrain and a nice panoramic shot of the open world. Skyrim is easily shaping up to be a major RPG Game of the Year contender this year and it wouldn’t surprise me if it was included in GOTY talks as well.
