Spicy Horse gives Alice and her enchanted world a dark and devilish make-over in Alice: Madness Returns, depicting strange and haunting new characters and environments that players must traverse in American McGee’s sequel. To bring players into this creative new world, Spicy Horse artists had to imagine and draw out these marvelous concepts, many of which can be viewed in our image gallery here.

Alongside the release of new concept art, EA has also published a new video for Alice: Madness Returns, demonstrating the combat within the game. In the video below, Alice uses a wide array of tricks and weaponry to dispose of the evil knights and creatures that inhabit the dark new wonderland.

Alice: Madness Returns is scheduled to ship June 16 for PlayStation 3, PC and Xbox 360.
