In May of this year, THQ plans to unleash upon gamers the next iteration in its Red Faction franchise with Red Faction Armageddon. Much like its predecessors, Armageddon will result in gamers have to fight to stay alive on the planet Mars in hopes of building a better tomorrow for their own kind.

Today, a new trailer was released for Armageddon, showing off story details and more of what gamers can come to expect from the franchise and its upcoming release. It seems as though you’ll be fighting not only other human factions, but some not-quite-human baddies as well. Can you survive? Hopefully.
