Sony has posted the official cover art for Insomniac Games upcoming PS3 exclusive Resistance 3, teaming up with British artist Olly Moss to create a “bold vision” for the game.
“You should recognize right away that this graphic version of the Chimeran Skull with the New York skyline depicted as its teeth, as well as the stylized version of the Resistance franchise logo, isn’t your typical “rendered hero” box art,” wrote Insomniac Games community manager James Stevenson via the PS Blog.
Resistance 3 hits stores this September. Expect to hear more from Insomniac Games on Resistance 3 at E3 in June. Check out the box arts and logos below.
I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: I hate that Move logo on box art. Ruins a perfectly awesome piece of art.
I like the one with Capelli walking toward the city/skull.
