After a lengthy wait, a surprise hit 2024 action RPG will make its way to the PS5 in fall 2026. Keen Games’ Enshrouded is already a hit on PC, where it has been in early access. It’ll leave early access and launch on PS5 in October.

Action RPG Enshrouded gets October 2026 release date for PS5

Enshrouded is a fusion of action RPG, survival, and crafting. The co-op title has players traversing a sprawling continent called Embervale.

“You are Flameborn, the last ember of hope for a dying race,” an official overview reads. “Venture into a vast world, vanquish punishing bosses, build grand halls, and forge your path in this co-op survival action RPG. Endure the corrupting fog that plagues the land to seek rare treasures and frightening creatures within it, and to reclaim your kingdom’s lost beauty and history.”

Enshrouded’s PS5 price has not been announced, and its PS Store page has yet to go live. An Xbox Series X|S version has been confirmed, but it won’t be out until Spring 2027.

Over on Steam, Enshrouded has earned a “Very Positive” rating based on nearly 50,000 votes and counting.
