An acclaimed RPG previously released on the Xbox is coming to the PS5. The game’s demo is also available now to check out, completely for free.

Parenting RPG Volcano Princess gets PS5 release date

Egg Hatcher and Gamera Games’ Volcano Princess is making its way to the PlayStation 5, and players can check out the game early via a prologue demo available on the PS Store now. The game’s prologue demo allows players to play the beginning of the story, up to the game’s “Little Bird Day” mission.

Originally released in 2023, Volcano Princess takes place in the Volcano Kingdom, where magic and other aspects of fantasy life are real. The player takes on the role of a father who is taking care of his daughter, and must level her up and raise her through school life, extracurricular activities, and more.

“In a volcanic kingdom where smithing, magic, and alchemy flourish, you play as a father and guide your daughter as she grows up. Each and every choice you make will influence your daughter’s growth and lead the story to different endings,” reads the game’s official description.
