When SOCOM 4 was delayed in July 2010, the most we knew was that it would be releasing in 2011.  Thankfully, a new Wall Street Journal article concerning the PlayStation Move confirmed April as the month of the release.

For those of you who haven’t be following either SOCOM 4 of the PlayStation Move, this new installment to the SOCOM franchise will be taking full advantage of the Move’s capabilities; allowing players to fight the enemy in a less conventional way.  Of course, gamers who simply cannot give up their joysticks can still play the game traditionally.

Check back for updates on the release date, which should be narrowed down even more in the coming weeks and months.
