For those of you looking to score double experience over the holiday weekend playing Crysis 2, Crytek has you covered. According to the developers, the double XP weekend event starts today and runs through Monday, with prizes going to those who earn the most experience over the weekend.
The event is available across all three platforms with no restrictions on game modes or maps.
“We’ll be monitoring the stats over the weekend and will be offering prizes to the best XP earners on each platform,” said Crytek community manager Adam Johnson.
“It doesn’t matter how much XP you’ve got now, it’s all about how much you can earn during the double-XP weekend, so anyone can join in and show ’em who’s boss!”
