An Open-World Racing Game for the PlayStation 5 is now available for players to play on the PlayStation Store. The game is a collaboration between one of the leading racing game developers in the industry, Milestone, and Mattel Inc. It will also be released on XBOX Series X|S, Nintendo Switch 2, ROG XBOX Ally, ROG XBOX Ally X, and PC via Steam, Microsoft Store, and Epic Games Store.

Hot Wheels Infinite Rush lets players explore the various islands that it has to offer, while also letting them race in a toy-scale world through various locations. Gameplay also focuses on collection and customization, with players able to engage in free-roaming activities.

What happens in Hot Wheels Infinite Rush trailer?

The high-octane trailer opens with iconic cars, Hot Wheels plastered on their doors, racing and drifting across the many locations the game has to offer. The trailer claims the game offers “infinite roads to explore” before showcasing the various tracks players can race on. It then spotlights the creative freedom it gives players, not just in customizing cars but also in customizing tracks at various locations. It then shows players being able to go off track between races to take shortcuts or avoid obstacles.

The game is set to include a ton of locations, humorously named Wheelswood, Gearville, Drifty Temples, and Tentacle Bay, among others. Each of these islands promises hidden collectibles, unexpected obstacles, and track-specific racing challenges.

At launch, Hot Wheels Infinite Rush is set to have 150 unique vehicles for players to choose from. These will include Hot Wheels Originals and real-world automotive brands. Beyond the cars and the tracks, completing races will also allow players to customize their garage.

True to its commitment to cater to every possibility in the game, it also has a perks system that divides the cars into four distinct categories: Drifters, Speeders, Titans, and Versatiles. The game’s focus on customization would allow players to build Rush Squads suited to all challenges while still reflecting their preferences.
