With Resistance 3 just around the metaphorical corner, Insomniac Games is preparing to release new information about the third game in the Resistance franchise. This morning, the PlayStation 3 developer revealed one of the newest and baddest bosses gamers will come across during their travels within the world of Resistance 3.

Thankfully, they didn’t just release an image of the boss, but a full blown .GIF so that you could see this badass in motion. We’ve included the .GIF below.

While the design in general isn’t exactly “unique” and comes off as a hybrid of many other bosses in the past that span other video games, it’s still going to be interesting to figure out how to take this big guy down. It doesn’t look like much can hurt him and I have a funny feeling he’s going to be throwing a lot of the environment at us while we try.
