A March 2026 PS Plus game has been scheduled to shut down, but the good news is that players still have some time to enjoy it. Developed by HB Studios and published by 2K, 2025 PS5 golf game PGA Tour 2K25 will retire its online services in early 2029.

PS Plus game PGA Tour 2K25 (PS5) will shut down in March 2029

Players have until February 28, 2029 to enjoy PGA Tour 2K25 online. Starting March 1, the game will only be playable offline. Offline modes include Local Match and Training.

PGA Tour 2K25 was offered as an Essential monthly free game, which means that all PS Plus members who claimed it will have the game in their libraries for good. However, an active membership is required to play.

For trophy hunters, PGA Tour 2K25 does have online trophies, so make sure to work on them if you want to pop the Platinum.

“Step onto golf’s biggest stages and prove you can rise among the greats,” an official description reads. “Compete in the ultimate test: The PGA Championship, The U.S. Open, and The Open Championship make their PGA TOUR 2K debut.”

PGA Tour 2K25 boasts a Metacritic score of 80/100 on the PS5.
