Not only did EA show off Criterion’s Need for Speed game on the PlayStation 3 (expect the game’s development to be led on PS3 just like Burnout Paradise) EA name-dropped Sony at the end of an impressive debut for Dead Space 2.
After running through the gameplay of Dead Space 2, again on the PS3, EA announced that they would be showing how the demo would finish on stage at Sony’s E3 keynote. The PlayStation platform holder will be showing the world its wares tomorrow at 12pm PST.
A release date was also given – Dead Space 2 will release 25 January 2011 in the US and 28 January 2011 in Europe. We’ll bring you the gameplay when we can.
