A firmware update for the PlayStation 3 console could be making your internet browsing all the smoother. Firmware 4.10 promises to up the display speed on the system’s internet browser.
PSN stores tested the browser before and after the update to see just how much the update improves upon the internet experience. The results were remarkably better than the current browsing experience after the update had been installed. The main problem this will fix is the less than satisfactory time most users have when viewing YouTube videos on the PS3 browser.
One initial problem found, however, is that this update may cause the Netflix application to glitch. This can be easily fixed by deleting and redownloading the app.
