Sony alongside David Jaffe have finally lifted the lid on the upcoming iteration of Sony’s storied franchise, Twisted Metal. The PlayStation 3 exclusive was one of Sony’s worst kept secrets last year and Jaffe finally revealed the game at E3 2010.

Earlier tonight on GameTrailers.com, Jaffe and Co. released a prolific trailer for the game that featured some great CGI cutscenes and tons of fantastic gameplay.

Twisted Metal for the PlayStation 3 will release exclusives only October 4th 2011.
