A long-running Sony Online Entertainment-developed PS4 and PS Vita multiplayer game is leaving PlayStation Store soon. Originally released in 2006, Pox Nora is a turn-based strategy and collectible card game that was only released on PlayStation consoles. Its current owner, Desert Owl Games, has decided to shut the game down on PS4.

Pox Nora’s PlayStation support will come to an end on December 31, 2026.
“This was not an easy decision for us to make, and we understand many of you will be disappointed by the news,” Desert Own Games wrote. “We believe, however, that this decision will allow us to focus our existing resources on supporting the game on its remaining platforms. In the coming weeks, we’ll share more information, and do our best to answer any questions from players affected by this change. To the Pox Nora community on PlayStation: thank you. We are sincerely grateful for your support over the years.”
Sony sold Pox Nora to Desert Owl Games in April 2014. With its PS4 version shutting down, the game will be playable only on PC.
Pox Nora is a free download. However, the game comes with paid add-ons.
