A 2017 PS4 cinematic adventure game has been quietly delisted from the PS Store, months after its unannounced removal from other platforms. Planet of the Apes: Last Frontier‘s console store listings were removed back in May. Now, the game has disappeared from the PS Store’s webpage as well.
PS4 adventure game Planet of the Apes: Last Frontier was among numerous Disney games that were quietly delisted
Planet of the Apes: Last Frontier was among a dozen Disney properties that were pulled from sale on Steam without notice in April 2026. The game remained on the PS Store, but in May, PS5 and PS4 players could no longer purchase it via their consoles’ store.
However, players could still buy Planet of the Apes via the PS Store website.
As pointed out by PSNProfiles user xAleksi22, the game has now been completely scrubbed. A preview of its PS Store page can be seen via Google Search, but clicking through leads to a broken webpage.
Interestingly, PSVR game Crisis On the Planet of the Apes is still available for purchase.
Although Planet of the Apes: Last Frontier received mixed reviews, critics acknowledged that it offered a gripping narrative. Unfortunately, the experience was marred by various issues, including technical problems.
