PopCap isn’t against PSN version of Plants Vs. Zombies

PopCap’s highly addictive, entertaining, and casual friendly title, Plants Vs. Zombies, launches this September exclusively on Microsoft’s Xbox 360, but PopCap isn’t looking to stay exclusive if its past titles are taken into account. Considering Peggle is already available on the PlayStation Network, there is a pretty good chance you can expect this somewhat tower defense-like game to make its way to the PlayStation 3 as well.

PopCap recently spoke with M2G on the topic and this is what they had to say:

“We haven’t made any announcements about other platforms but I can say that PopCap loves to bring our titles to as many people as possible – and that means, as many platforms as possible!”

This pretty much says that they’re going to be bringing it to other platforms, they just haven’t been able to announce it yet. I’d imagine they have a timed exclusive deal in place with Microsoft’s Xbox Live Marketplace and a couple of months after release, we’ll see it hit the PlayStation Network.

Have any of you guys checked this out on PC yet? It’s a pretty good time kill title.
