Dragon Age 2 comes packaged with a movie worth of cut-scenes

Remember back when Metal Gear Solid 4 came out and gamers criticized the masterpiece for its long install times and the fact that you sometimes felt you were watching the game more-so than playing it? Those were great times and the game was better than most movies of that year anyway!

Fast forward to today, and you’ll be interested to know that the BBFC has cleared Dragon Age 2 with the expected 18+ rating — however, it has also revealed that DA2 features over 100 minutes of cut-scenes throughout the game. Basically, it’s going to supply the gamer with a full feature-length film worth watching by the time it is all said and done.

Whether or not Dragon Age 2 faces the same criticisms as Metal Gear Solid 4 is yet to be seen, but expect to have a sandwich ready to go upon playing since it’s the type of game you’ll lose yourself within.

  1. Difference is MGS4 is a 7-10 hour stealth-action game while Dragon Age 2 is a 40+ hour RPG. Can’t really compare the two.

MGS4 is only 7-10 hours? Havn’t played because I never owned a PSX or PS2 (crossing fingers for HD trilogy.)But I was told that it was around 20 hours long.
